I was responsible for leading the creation of a series of HTML5 banners, managing the production, and working closely with designers, Art directors, and web developers. The purpose of these banners was to promote the latest collections and increase the brand's visibility on various platforms. The project posed some technical challenges, as HTML5 banners require strict adherence to guidelines to be compatible with advertising services. However, with effective communication and frequent reviews with the creative teams, we overcame all challenges and delivered a successful and profitable project
